Purchase / Order

All good(s) sold are non-refundable, unless due to manufacturing / tailoring defects.
Our “NO-FIT” Exchange Policy - should the good(s) be unable to fit due to size, you may send it back to us for exchange for another size within 7 days.
If no other sizes are available, you may exchange for another item of the same value. There will be no refund for fall below exchange amount.
In the event, the exchange cannot be fulfilled, we will retain your purchased value for exchange when the next batch of good(s) come in.

Payment

Currently, we only accept payment via Bank Transfer or Deposit.
Upon submitting your online purchase,
- Kindly transfer your purchased amount + however much your preferred delivery method will cost you (see below for charges), to our POSB Savings account 003-48840-3 within the next 3 days. Otherwise, your order will be cancelled.
- Upon successful transfer, kindly sms us at 93364907 or email us at girl@bab.com.sg to inform us of the successful transaction.
- Once the transaction has been verified, we will proceed with the posting of your purchase (delivery leadtime subjected to your choice of delivery method).
- You will also receive a purchase receipt from us via email.

Delivery

By Post
- All listed prices includes normal postage, stamps and materials. This will take 1-2 working days.
- We will not be responsible for purchases lost in the mail.
- For registered mail, please add $2.50 more.
By Personal / Courier Delivery
- For purchases $150 nett and above, you may arrange with us to have your purchase delivered to you personally at the below timing:
  - Weekdays from 8pm to 10pm
  - Weekends and Public Holidays from 10am to 10pm
- If you would like to have your purchase delivered to you personally during office hours, you may opt for our courier service at $8 more.
