- All good(s) sold are non-refundable, unless due to manufacturing / tailoring defects.
- “NO-FIT” Exchange Policy – should the good(s) be unable to fit due to size or manufacturer’s defects, you may send it back to us for exchange for another size within 7 days.
- Please note that all panties and hoisery items are non-exchangeable for hygiene reasons.
- If no suitable replacements are available, you may exchange for another item of the same value. There will be no refund for fall below exchange amount. You will also need to top up any higher value.
- In the event, the exchange cannot be fulfilled, we will retain your purchased value as eDollar for exchange as and when any suitable replacements you deem exchangeable.
- There is no expiry on “NO-FIT” Exchange eDollars

Hi, Agnes. If you are referring to the mannequinn size, you won’t be able to guage. They are very inaccurate. Its better for you to refer to our size chart http://bab.com.sg/size-chart/ or you can let me know your waist so I can gauge your size. Thanks.

Katy, welcome…we rarely restock items that are sold out. We try to keep things fresh. New stocks will be coming in March, including shoes and lingerie!

Hello, I am organizing a fashion show for the American Women’s Association (AWA) and we have a few plus size models. Wondering if there’s any outfits you might be able to provide for the show which is being held April 9 at the Raffles Town Club.
